- THE ELKS NATIONAL MEMORIAL CELEBRATES ITS 100th ANNIVERSARY
It was originally built to pay tribute to the Elks who sacrificed their lives in World War I. Today, it pays tribute to all the veterans of all conflicts in which the United States has been or may yet be engaged.
Paying Tribute & Never Forgotten
The memorial is a sight to behold and a tangible expression of the Elks' motto: "So long as there are veterans, the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks will never forget them."
