Absolutely! The benefit of having your own vendor is you get the food you want, whether juicy steaks, tasty tacos, scrumptious spaghetti, or favorite hamburgers.
They are! You and your guests need a place to sit, eat, and enjoy.
Most certainly! Music is often an important element to an event. You can bring in your own music device or hire a DJ.
Absolutely! Create your own video or slides from photographs and connect to our large TV at the back of the stage. Be sure to check that your device is compatible with connecting to our TV. Not sure; come by on a Tuesday evening, and let's check it out to be sure.
Events scheduled for 6 hours or more get 2 hours of free additional time for decorating. The specific time needs to be approved by the Elks Host to ensure his/her availability, but we'll work it out so you get 2 hours to decorate the room at no extra charge.
Celebrations of Life and non-profit events need to be decorated during their rental time.
It's your event and the Elks are certainly open to children and teens attending with their parents or guardians who are responsible for them.
We want everyone to have a good time, and our bar is stocked with everything you need. Only water can be brought in from outside by state law.
