Absolutely! The benefit of having your own vendor is you get the food you want, whether juicy steaks, tasty tacos, scrumptious spaghetti, or favorite hamburgers. The caterer needs to provide a copy of their insurance showing the coverage required, or we can assist you in getting a simple coverage for the event.
They are! You and your guests need a place to sit, eat, and enjoy. We do rent tablecloths or you can bring your own.
Most certainly! Music is often an important element to an event. You can bring in your own music device or hire a DJ.
Absolutely! Create your own video or slides from photographs and connect to our large TV at the back of the stage. Be sure to check that your device is compatible with connecting to our TV. Not sure; come by on a Tuesday evening, and let's check it out to be sure.
Decorating and clean-up are to be done during the 4-hour Celebration of Life/non-profit event time or the 6-hour rental times. Additional rental time can be purchased if desired.
It's your event and the Elks are certainly open to children and teens attending with their parents or guardians who are responsible for them.
We want everyone to have a good time, and our bar is stocked with everything you need. Only water can be brought in from outside by state law.
